Overview

The values that Adventure Ready lives by grow from how we want to be treated as customers ourselves. Every Customer should expect to be treated with respect and fairness. This is what we request of our Customers as well. With that being said, there are several policies you should be aware of. If you find them unacceptable, please let us know.

Inquiries

If you have a question, please ask before buying. It is not always easy to tell if a product is what you expect it to be by looking at an image online. If you have any doubt as to whether an item is right for you, or you have questions at all, please call us and let’s discuss it. Shipping Charges

The products we carry vary in size and weight as much as your delivery location. In light of this fact, we will charge you only what it costs us to ship to you, no more and no less. Options for shipment are available at checkout.

Shipping Large Items

Many items we offer are too large and/or heavy to be shipped via traditional ground services. These items are shipped domestically by RoadRunner Freight. The shipping charges can vary greatly depending on the size, weight, and destination of the cargo. Custom freight quotes must be prepared to ensure pricing is accurate. The cost of shipping a tent or rack can vary from $150 to $400. There are also additional fees for residential delivery and lift gate requirements, and this can literally double your cost. We suggest either a commercial delivery with a dock or fork lift, or a will call at the closest Freight Terminal to avoid these charges. If you order a tent or rack from our website, click on the “Contact Customer for Shipping Arrangements” button in the checkout area, and we will work with you to secure the most economical delivery of your product we can.

Return Shipping Charges

If you received what you ordered but are dissatisfied with it, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping charges and the initial shipping charge. The shipping company is liable for any damage to an item during shipping and any claims made regarding damage must be made with the shipping company directly. Adventure Ready accepts no responsibility for products after they have left our warehouse, however we will assist you in making your claim in any way possible.

Returns and Refunds

Items may be returned for any reason within 15 days of delivery to customer as long as they are in new condition with no damage or wear and retain original tags and packaging. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Funds will be returned via original payment method and may take up to 14 days to process.

Product Warranties

Adventure Ready does not offer or extend warranty coverage outside the coverage offered by the original manufacturer. However, we will be more than happy to assist in any warranty concern you may have.

Special Orders

Many items we sell may be customized or require special fabrication to suit your specific needs. Special Order items require a 50% deposit to be ordered and manufactured. If for some reason the customer chooses to cancel the order, the deposit will not be refunded as custom products are generally unsalable to third parties.
