We recently headed out for a weekend of pure adventure, exploring the Olympic National Forest trails and NFS roads outside of the Quilcene, WA area. The itinerary? None other than just follow spur trails and roads to see where they go, and soak up some great scenery. Oh, and of course get some fresh air and reset the mind after a busy week at the shop.
Below are some pictures from the weekend and a short video montage we made. It was a great trip despite the constant rain and mixed snow at the end of the weekend. There’s something about a still forest during a gentle rain… If you want to get out for a short weekend camping trip, this is a great area to get “lost” in.
